Portfolio Companies & Investments

At Tomco Capital, I concentrate my time, capital, and expertise on a handful of high-potential ventures. Below you’ll find my active investments and those I’ve sold, archived, or put on ice.

Active Portfolio

These are the businesses I’m actively involved in and backing for growth.

ERPlingo

The leading AI-powered SAP support platform. I back ERPlingo because it delivers expert-level answers to complex SAP questions in seconds—at a fraction of the cost of traditional support.

Medicus Training

A certification-level medical training provider. With accreditation secured through 2027, I’m focused on expanding corporate partnerships and bulk-enrollment programs.

Art I

My first contemporary fine-art fund, launched in 2025. I curate works that blend aesthetic impact with strong upside potential in the secondary market.

Sold, Archived & On Ice

These ventures have been sold or paused—and a few might be revived under the right partner or business model.

Michael Management Corporation (Sold)

I built Michael Management into the world’s #2 SAP training provider and sold a controlling stake at a top valuation—my original exit that set the stage for everything that followed.

ITC (Information Technology Consulting Inc.) (Legacy Exit – Sold 1999)

Co-owned SAP boutique consulting firm in Houston. Sold in 1999 after rapid growth and repeatable project delivery.

ViralFollowers (On Ice)

A social-media growth agency with low margins and fierce competition. AI commoditized the space, so I sold the business—but I’d consider relaunching it with the right operator and a new model.

DailyGratitude (On Ice)

A mental-health journaling site with plans for advanced AI engagement. I paused development when the market proved too crowded—but I’m open to reviving it with a strong partner at the helm.

Tomco.IO (Closed)

An intelligent LinkedIn lead-generation tool. It thrived until LinkedIn discontinued the API I relied on—after a profitable run, I archived the code and moved on.

Tomco.AI (Closed)

An early AI content-generation platform. Initial success gave way to brutal competition and shrinking margins; I decided it wasn’t worth pursuing further.

What I Look for in a Business

I’m selective about where I invest my time and capital. Ideal opportunities share these traits:

I love building companies from scratch—but occasionally, I buy or invest in promising businesses that tick all the boxes above. If your venture fits my criteria, I want to hear from you:
